Payment Options:

We accept purchase orders from ALL government agencies in the United States including federal, state, city, county and towns. We'll also accept purchase orders from all branches of the United States military. Public and private colleges, schools and universities can also use a purchase order.  With receipt of your purchase order we can invoice your agency or organization with payment due 30 days after the invoice date.

Purchase orders must have an authorized signature. Payment terms are 30 days after the invoice date.  Late charges of 2% monthly and/or collection fees will be added to invoices not paid after thirty days from the invoice date.

If you prefer to use a credit card, debit card or procurement card, please use our order form, by clicking on the red/yellow button on the upper left side of this page. A PDF order form will appear on your computer screen which can then be printed.

If you are not comfortable with transmitting your card information by fax, just sign the credit/debit card area and we will call you for the card number and other information.
